How are products shipped?
We like FedEx for their reasonable rates and reliability. Domestic (United States) orders will ship by FedEx Ground ($5). Orders $45 and over will be shipped for free via FedEx Ground. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive from the date they were placed. If you do not receive an update regarding your package, please email us at info@verdureskin.com. We can arrange for expedited shipping via phone order. Unfortunately, at this time, we will not be fulfilling any international orders, including Canada. Another option would be to order through one of our distributors, please refer to Where to Buy Verdure.
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes and all orders must have a valid phone number and email. If you have a PO Box we will ship via USPS without delivery tracking or confirmation.
What is your return policy?
We at Verdure hope you are satisfied with your product purchase. Returns must 1) be approved through customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) 2) be returned within 30 days of purchase 3) insured for loss 4)be returned with all packaging 5) must not have been over 20% used. We reserve the right to refuse returns on a case-by-case basis.
